Privacy Policy

Fleetco ("we", "us") provides a team of AI assistants that help small businesses answer customers, qualify leads, watch operations and prepare content. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the control you keep over it. We collect the minimum we need to run your assistants, and your data is never mixed with another business.
1. What we collect
- Account & business information you give us (name, email, business details, the facts you want an assistant to know).
- Content the assistants process to do their job: incoming customer messages, comments, booking or quote requests, and the drafts they prepare for your approval.
- Connected-tool data you authorize (for example calendar availability or order data), accessed only through official, revocable permissions.
- Basic usage data (privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics) to keep the service reliable.
2. How we use it
Only to operate and improve your assistants: to draft replies and proposals for your approval, to run the workflows you configure, and to provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. AI processing
Your assistants are powered by large language models provided by Anthropic. Content needed to generate a response is sent to that provider solely to produce the output, under their commercial terms; API inputs are not used to train their models. By default the assistants operate in draft mode — nothing is sent to a customer until you approve it.
4. Data isolation & security
Each business runs in its own isolated space; your data is never co-mingled with another customer's. We authenticate to your tools through official OAuth permissions and never store your passwords. You can revoke any access in one click, directly from the provider, without asking us.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure and AI sub-processors required to run the service (such as our hosting and model providers), and only as needed. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention & deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; we will post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you.
