Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Fleetco. By using the service, you agree to them. If you use Fleetco on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

1. The service

Fleetco provides AI assistants that prepare drafts, replies and proposals for your business. By default the assistants operate in draft mode: they propose, and you approve before anything is sent or acted on. You are responsible for the actions you approve.

2. AI limitations

AI can make mistakes. Outputs are suggestions to review, not professional advice, and we do not guarantee they are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sending them.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and only for a business you are authorized to represent.
• Provide accurate information and keep your connected accounts secure.
• Do not use the service to send spam, deceive, harass, or break the rules of a connected platform.

4. Fees

Any fees, plan and setup terms are those agreed with you in writing. You may cancel at any time, with no lock-in. Where a plan includes a results commitment, the specific terms of that commitment apply.

5. Your content & our platform

You keep ownership of your business data and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. We keep ownership of the Fleetco platform, software and brand.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
